In Week 1 and Week 2, students will be staying at this lovely house with the homestay host family. The purpose of the homestay is for students to learn about the American lifestyle. Through this experience, students can learn about American culture, food, and how kids in the states are educated and raised. Not only will this help them learn the culture, food, and etc, it will allow students to challenge themselves by speaking English at home too. I can’t wait to see what these students will learn throughout the next two weeks.
At the house, there are American kids who are around the students’ ages. By interacting with each other, students can learn from each other especially when it comes to language. They seem like they are having fun! Don’t stay up too late!
